Sustainable Roots, Ecuador

Sustainable Roots is a community based non-profit organization in Cosanga, Ecuador. Their aim is to preserve the cultural and natural resources in the area. This is realized through the free education of the community in english and arts, organizing Mingas (community work days) and through including the community in various activities. Other projects of the Organization are the reforestation of 300 acres in the local cloud forest and organic gardening projects.
